Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body
A 12-week functional medicine approach to calm the chaos, restore your energy, and finally feel like yourself again.
Enrollment is open for the Fall 2026 cohort. Starts September 7, 2026 · Wednesdays, 5–6:30pm PST · 16 women maximum
ENROLLMENT IS OPEN
You've done the research. You're still exhausted.
You've read the articles. Followed the threads. Tried the supplements. Adjusted the diet.
And yet — the sleep is still broken, the fog is still thick, the weight is still shifting, and the body you've relied on for decades is no longer responding the way it used to.
Not a Willpower Problem
This is not about discipline or motivation. Your body is in a real physiological transition.
Not a Stress Problem
Being told to "manage your stress better" is not a solution. It's a dismissal.
A Physiological Transition
Hormonal, neurological, metabolic — your body requires a different kind of response than anything you've tried before.
"I know something is wrong. I just can't figure out what to do about it — or where to even start."
That's exactly where Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body begins.
This is for you if…
Perimenopause or Early Menopause
Your symptoms are running your life and you're ready for that to change.
Broken Sleep & Daytime Exhaustion
You're waking at 2 or 3am, dragging through the day, and crashing by evening.
Brain Fog Is Your New Normal
You're losing words, focus, and patience — and it's affecting everything.
Unpredictable Mood
Reactive, tearful, or flat — and it's affecting your relationships in ways you don't want.
Nothing Has Stuck
You've tried random solutions and nothing has worked long enough to matter.
Ready for a Real Process
You want a structured, science-grounded approach — not another list of things to try.
What Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body Is
A guided 12-week stabilization program for the midlife body.
What It Is NOT
  • Not a detox
  • Not a hormone protocol
  • Not a fitness program
  • Not more information to overwhelm you
What It IS
A structured, functional medicine-informed process that works on the systems underneath your symptoms — so that relief doesn't just come, it stays.
Over 12 weeks, across six two-week modules, you will build the physiological foundation that perimenopause has been disrupting.
Stable Blood Sugar
Regulated Nervous System
Repaired Sleep Architecture
Hormone Clarity
All of it delivered in a small group of 16 women — where you are held, not just coached at.
The Program — 6 Modules
Six two-week modules. Each one builds on the last. Each one moves you closer to a body that responds to care again.
1
Calm the Symptom Chaos
Understanding what's actually happening in your body. You leave knowing what phase you're in and why these symptoms are happening.
2
Stabilize Blood Sugar & Inflammation
The metabolic foundation most women are missing. You leave knowing how to eat for steadier energy and less inflammation.
3
Restore the Nervous System
Why you're wired-but-tired — and how to shift it. You leave with daily ways to down-shift and real understanding of why you feel this way.
4
Sleep & Energy Repair
The highest-leverage sleep shifts for the midlife body. You leave with sleep moving in the right direction and a better baseline energy.
5
Hormone Clarity & Gentle Support
The module where everything starts to make sense. You leave clear on what's happening hormonally — and which support paths might be right for you.
6
Targeted Relief & Integration
Symptom-specific strategies and a clear view of how far you've come. You leave with concrete next steps — and you can see the change.
The Journey Through 6 Modules
Each module builds the foundation for the next. Two weeks per module gives you time to integrate before moving forward — because real change requires real time.
How It Works
12 weeks. 6 modules. Real support. A small group of women who get it.
6 Live Group Sessions
Wednesdays, 5–6:30pm PST, bi-weekly. 90 minutes each. Live presence is part of the container.
Two Weeks Per Module
Module content drops at the start of each two-week block. Go at your own pace between sessions.
Small Group of 16 Women
Intimate enough for real support. Spacious enough for community. You are held, not just coached at.

About Your Guide
Carla Moss, FMCHC, NBC-HWC
Founder, Being Well Aware
I bring nearly 15 years of coaching experience alongside training in functional medicine, somatic practice, hormone health, menopause wellness, and spiritual life coaching.
I've supported hundreds of women through the physiological and identity terrain of midlife — not as symptoms to manage, but as transitions to move through consciously.
"You cannot do the deeper work of becoming if your body is still in survival mode. Stabilization comes first."
My coaching is structured, grounded, and evidence-informed — and also deeply intuitive. Clients often describe my presence as steady and attuned — like a tuning fork helping them hear their own truth more clearly.
Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body is built on this foundational truth — learned from years of working with women in this exact season of life.
This program is where that stabilization happens.
Areas of Expertise
Functional Medicine
Systems-based approach to root causes and benefits of functional and lifestyle medicine
Somatic Sexology
Body-centered approach to restoring capacity for pleasure, presence, and intimate connection.

Spiritual Life Coaching
Identity and meaning in midlife transition
Questions You Might Have
Is this right for me if I'm already working with a doctor?
Yes. Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body is a coaching and education program, not a medical practice. It complements your medical care and helps you show up to provider appointments more informed and more prepared.
What if I miss a live session?
There is a no-recordings policy in this program. Live presence is part of the container. That said, life happens — if you need to miss a session, you'll still have access to the module content and can connect with the group between sessions.
Is this only for perimenopause?
Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body is designed for women in perimenopause and early menopause. If you're in surgical or post-menopause and experiencing ongoing symptoms, book an Introductory Call and we'll assess together whether it's the right fit.
More Questions
What if I'm already doing "all the things"?
Then you know exactly what it's like to have information without resolution. This program is not more information — it's a structured process with accountability, sequencing, and support.
Knowing and doing are different. Being held through the doing is different again.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and PayPal Pay Later are all available at checkout. Each offers different payment structures — select the option that works best for you when you enroll.
What You'll Walk Away With
After 12 weeks inside Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body, you will have built something that no supplement, article, or random protocol could give you — a stabilized physiological foundation.
This is not a temporary fix. This is a foundation. And foundations hold.
Your body has been sending an SOS.
Reset & Relief for the Midlife Body is where the real recovery begins.
